💙Growing Birthday Magic Together 🌱🎂A huge thank you to Calgary Children’s Foundation for generously supporting Children’s Birthday Miracles again this year! We are incredibly grateful for their continued belief in our mission and for helping us bring another meaningful celebration to families at YW Calgary.This celebration was designed to bring together creativity, sustainability, entertainment and community. 🌱✨🌼 The children decorated their own plant pots and received plantable seed cards, so they could take the seeds from their cards, plant them in their new pots and continue growing something from the experience at home.🎩✨ We were also excited to have a female-owned magician perform for the children and families, bringing lots of fun and entertainment to the celebration while supporting a women-owned local business.🍕 Food was provided through the support of Children’s Birthday Miracles and Calgary Children’s Foundation, giving families an opportunity to enjoy a meal together as part of the celebration.🎈 A special thank you to Swash Décor for sponsoring the event décor and helping us create a beautiful space for the families to celebrate.Sustainability continues to be an important part of our work with YW Calgary. CBM’s approach has included sustainable birthday boxes and reusable décor, including reusable signs and tablecloths, so materials can be enjoyed again at future celebrations.
